Finding a VLT shouldn't mean guessing which bar down the street has machines. Most provinces don't run a proper public locator, so we built one. VLTs Near Me is an independent directory that maps the bars, lounges, pubs, hotels and Royal Canadian Legions where you can actually play. Here's how to use it.

How the finder works

You've got two ways in. The fastest is location. Tap "use my location" and we'll sort every venue near you by distance, closest first. Your browser will ask permission before sharing anything, and you can say no.

Prefer to look around without sharing where you are? Just search. Type a town, a city or a venue name, and we'll pull up the matches. So whether you're checking your own neighbourhood or planning a trip across the province, you'll see what's nearby and roughly how far it is.

What you'll see

These are real liquor-licensed venues, not casinos. A VLT is a government-run electronic gaming terminal placed in age-restricted bars and lounges, which is a different product from a casino slot machine. If you want the difference spelled out, read VLTs vs slots or how VLTs work.

Where VLTs are live

VLTs run in seven provinces: Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, and the four Atlantic provinces. Today our venue lists are live in Saskatchewan, Manitoba, Alberta and Nova Scotia, with a confirmed, still-growing starter list now live for New Brunswick too, plus PEI, Newfoundland and Labrador and the northern territories.

You must be 18 or 19 to play, depending on the province. Set a limit, and if it stops being fun, visit responsible gambling for free, confidential help.
